When you are planning on scheduling an appointment, as part of the buying and selling process, we gather the personal information you give us such as your name, phone number, address, credit card details, and email address, to provide and render cleaning services as requested.

We may communicate with you via email, phone call, third party platforms,  and text messaging regarding bookings, complaints, inquires, updates, and any other questions.

Sms marketing (if appropriate): With your consent, we may send you text messages regarding promotions, discounts, and other forms of sms marketing.

Email marketing (if appropriate): With your consent, we may send you emails regarding promotions, discounts, and other forms of email marketing.

We may use your personal information to process payments and handle billing.

We may use your personal information to personalize your experience and enhance our services.

Information sharing and disclosing:

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing We Leave Clean. In order to provide efficient and reliable service, we have established the following Booking and Cancellation Policy. By booking our cleaning services, you agree to adhere to this policy.

Credit card/ debit card requirement:

In order to streamline the scheduling process and ensure that our appointments are managed efficiently, we have implemented a credit card/debit card on file policy.

In order to schedule an appointment, all customers are required to provide a valid credit card/debit card on file. This policy applies to both new and existing clients and is aimed at improving appointment management, reducing no-shows, and facilitating a seamless experience for everyone.

Your credit card on file will be used for the purpose of securing your appointment. Once an appointment is scheduled, a hold will be placed on your credit card/debit card for the service's estimated cost, and will then be charged the total amount after services have been completed.

If your credit card/debit card information changes, please notify us promptly to update your details in our system. Keeping your information current ensures that we can continue to provide you with the best service possible.

If your credit card/debit card on file has been removed, blocked, or has inadequate funds, we will contact you via email or text requesting a new credit card/debit card on file. Failure to obtain a new credit card/debit card on file 24 hours prior to appointment date and time will result in cancelling your appointment.

For customers who would like to schedule on the same day, we do require a credit card/debit card on file 2 hours prior to desired appointment time.

If in the case the customer does not want to provide a credit card/debit card, Venmo is also accepted as an alternative. The customer will have to send the total estimated cost prior to receiving services.

Cancellation and rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us via email contact@weleaveclean.com or text 213.376.2936, 24 hours prior to  appointment date and time. If you provide sufficient notice, no charges will be applied to your credit card. Failure to provide the required notice or do not show up for your appointment, a $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card/debit card on file.

Should our cleaning staff encounter any obstacles in promptly accessing the premises, we will communicate with you through phone call, text message, and/or email. In the event that we don't receive a reply from you within a span of 25 minutes, your appointment will be marked as canceled (without prior notification), and the $75.00 cancellation fee will be applied.

If recurring customers cancel or reschedule their appointment without 24 hour notice prior to appointment date and time, a $75.00 cancellation will be applied and the upcoming rate could be modified to match the subsequent frequency pricing.

We Leave Clean reserves the right to waive or modify the cancellation or rescheduling fee under special circumstances, at our discretion.

If our cleaning staff happens to be delayed for a customer's scheduled appointment, the customer has the right to request a 10% reduction from the projected total service cost. This discount will be granted upon request, and no cancellation or rescheduling fees will be applied.

Payment Policy

This policy outlines the procedures and consequences related to failure to pay for services provided by We Leave Clean. It applies to all clients or customers who have engaged in the utilization of our services and have a financial obligation to settle.

Failure to pay for services:

Clients are required to adhere to the agreed-upon payment terms as stated in their service agreement, invoice, or contract. Payment terms may include specific due dates, payment methods, and any applicable late fees.

In the event of an unpaid invoice, We Leave Clean will initiate a standard communication process. This process may involve sending reminder emails or letters, followed by direct contact through phone calls, detailing the outstanding payment and requesting prompt settlement.

If a client's account becomes significantly overdue, We Leave Clean reserves the right to suspend the provision of services until the outstanding balance is settled. The client will be notified in advance of the intended suspension.

In cases where a client consistently fails to make payments or ignores attempts to communicate, We Leave Clean may escalate the matter to a collections agency or pursue legal action to recover the outstanding amount. Any additional costs incurred during this process will be added to the client's debt.

Clients with overdue accounts have the option to resolve the issue by paying the outstanding balance, including any applicable late fees or additional costs. Upon successful settlement, We Leave Clean will reinstate services and collaboration can continue.

If a client disputes an invoice due to discrepancies or issues with the provided services, We Leave Clean encourages open communication to resolve the matter promptly. Clients should notify the company within a reasonable time frame to initiate the dispute resolution process.

We Leave Clean will treat all client financial information and payment details with strict confidentiality, adhering to relevant data protection regulations.

We Leave Clean reserves the right to modify or update this policy as necessary. Clients will be notified of any changes through appropriate communication channels.

This policy is effective as of August 27, 2023. All clients engaging in We Leave Clean's services from this date forward are bound by the terms outlined in this policy.

By continuing to engage in our services, clients acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of the Failure to Pay for Services Policy outlined above.

Payments:

Once a cleaning service is finished, payment should be settled within 24 hours from the time the service is completed or when the payment is requested. Neglected payments for cleaning services will be seen as a breach of our payment regulations. If the payment for the cleaning service remains unpaid after 24 hours from the service completion or payment request, We Leave Clean reserves the right to apply charges to the credit card saved in your account. Any unpaid balances beyond the 24-hour period following the payment request or service completion might be documented on your account.

Invoice will be sent to your email on the same day or up to two days after services have been completed. A receipt will be sent to your email right after the transaction is settled.

We provide contactless payment options utilizing credit cards, Venmo or debit cards.
